B-1B Lancer, 9th Bomb Squadron, United States Air Force
The Rockwell (now part of Boeing) B-1 Lancer is a four-engine, variable-sweep wing, long-range strategic bomber used by the United States Air Force (USAF). First envisioned in the 1960s as a supersonic bomber with sufficient range and payload to replace the Boeing B-52 Stratofortress, it developed primarily into a low-level penetrator with long range and supersonic speed capability. The B-1B has the largest internal payload of any current bomber. The B-1B became operational in 1986. The B-1 received the official name "Lancer" however, the bomber is more commonly called the "Bone". The "Bone" nickname appears to stem from an early newspaper article about the aircraft wherein its name was phonetically spelled out as "B-ONE" with the hyphen inadvertently omitted. Given the likeness of this image to the black Angry Bird from the famous Angry Birds smartphone game by Rovio, I couldn't help but title this image 'Angry Bird'.

For nearly 20 years, we
have been supplying our Australian made artworks to homes and workplaces across
Australia and overseas. Watch the video below to learn more about the various options.
Museum quality, archival fine art paper and inks.
As a print only, this requires framing, allowing you to select your own mounting and framing options. The print has an additional 6cm white border around the photo, allowing sufficient room to accommodate various framing choices. Unframed prints come rolled in a protective tube, making them our recommendation for international customers.
We use Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Ultra Smooth, fine art cotton paper. This exceptionally high quality fine art paper is acid free and designed to meet the longevity requirements of galleries and museums.
Each fine art paper print is printed using genuine pigment inks - favoured by galleries and collectors because of their print longevity.
A clean, simple and modern look, suitable for any home.
Your Hahnemühle fine art paper print is mounted and framed in a contemporary shadow box frame (approx 27mm wide x 48mm deep) that is available in white or raw wood.
It is completed with museum grade acrylic (rather than glass) as it is light weight, transports well (doesn't break) and protects against 99% of UV.
Framed prints come ready to hang on your wall. The listed size is for the image itself - the border and frame add approximately 7.5cm to each side of the print (ie 15cm additional length in total).
Frameless, glass like feel. A very modern, yet striking way to display your print.
The photo is printed on metallic paper, creating a 'pearlescent' metallic gloss finish. The print is face mounted onto optically clear, museum grade acrylic which offers 99% UV protection.
The crisp, clean image is backed with treated aluminium, protecting your print from front to back. It is then finished with a diamond edge polisher. This comes ready to hang, with a thin aluminium frame hidden behind the print, so your print can be securely hung on your wall.
The finest standard in photography on canvas. Ready to hang on your wall.
Superior grade canvas, printed with archival inks and laminated for protection. A popular, affordable, lightweight and modern way to enjoy Scott’s photographs on your wall.
100% cotton heavyweight canvas that is the world’s leading fine art canvas. The texture of the canvas creates a 'painterly' feel to the photograph.
The canvas is stretched on a kiln dried Meranti timber frame, offering better resistance to twisting, warping and other defects. Both sides of the timber are profiled, meaning your print sits flat against the wall and shows no visible framing line on the front of the canvas.
The canvas is laminated providing a fully sealed barrier that protects your print against dust, water and inquisitive fingers as well as extra protection from fading, abrasion, bumps and scratches. It can be carefully cleaned with a damp soft cloth.
