If you can't make it in store, you can shop confidently with us online. As one of the first online retailers in our industry in Australia, you should feel confident with our nearly 20 years experience. We have been supplying Scott's photographs as premium quality artworks and gifts since 2006. Having sold over one million copies of Scott's photographs, we have built a reputation for quality and excellent customer service.

Yes. Whether you shop online or in-store our prices are the same. We offer free delivery Australia wide and International shipping - no matter whether you shop with us online or in-store.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation and tax invoice immediately vie email. Check your junk folder if you haven't seen the email.

In stock items are despatched within one business day. Please allow approximately two weeks for production for made to order items. Every artwork is made locally, here in Australia.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive another email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after despatch.

Yes, we ship all of our products anywhere in the world, every day. International delivery fees are calculated at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

We ship so much overseas that in 2025 we won the creative category for the annual export awards.

If your item/s are in stock (Book, Jigsaw Puzzles and some small framed prints and acrylic blocks), we will despatch within one business day.

If the item/s are not in stock, we will make it to order for you. You should allow approximately two weeks for despatch, plus shipping (usually 1-5 days depending on location in Australia, longer for overseas).

Yes. You can collect from the gallery - we offer click and collect. You’ll see the Pick-Up In-Store option at checkout.

For larger artworks, we recommend delivery, as often large artworks won't fit in your car.

CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS

We do not accept cancellations.

If you realise a mistake has been made during the checkout process, please let us know immediately. Any amendments can only be accepted before the order has entered production/fulfilment. Once production/fulfilment has started, we cannot accommodate any changes.

There are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order. We have made that artwork to your specifications.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. We ensure all items listed correctly online with their size and dimensions. If for any reason an item is not what you expected, please contact us

The utmost care is taken with all of our orders. Sometimes however, accidents or errors may occur. Notification of damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing products need to be received by our team as soon as possible following your order being delivered. For damaged/incorrect items we will organise a repair/replacement for you.

Simply reply to your order confirmation email as soon as you can, and include photos of any damage/issue in any email. Include a close up photo and a wider angle shot so we can fully understand the issue.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

The Australia coffee table book, Jigsaw Puzzles, and some small framed prints and acrylic blocks are in stock. If you need something urgently and want to check if its in stock, please contact us.

All sizes listed are the finished final size - ie the size it will take up on your wall. ie sizes for framed prints are inclusive of the frame and border.

Please note all artworks are handcrafted, so slight variations of up to a few millimetres may occur.

We use acrylic for all our framed and frameless acrylic prints. Acrylic is lightweight and doesn't shatter or break like glass in transit. Our large artworks use a museum grade acrylic that blocks 100% of UV. Most of our competitors use inferior acrylic that doesn't block 100% of UV, meaning their prints will be exposed to UV light and fade over time. We've always used 100% UV blocking acrylic since we started - a strong point of difference with most of our competitors. Delivery you a premium quality standard.

We do not provide an artwork hanging service. However, all our artworks come ready to hang with the appropriate fixtures. 

For professional installation, we recommend engaging a qualified picture hanger or interior installer. Although we take no responsibility for their service, we have recommended picture hangers in each major city and some regional areas - click here to view our recommended art installers.

To maintain the quality of your artwork, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity. 

Avoid placing directly under air conditioning units or areas where there is likely to be moisture, excessive dryness or abnormal temperature variations. 

Dust frames and surfaces gently with a soft, clean and dry microfibre cloth.

We strongly recommend using a professional picture hanger. If you’re DIY hanging be aware that some of our pieces are weighty and require specialised wall fixtures.

No. We don’t release our master files to the public. We recommend buying a print to truly experience the location or moment.

Unfortunately Scott's busy travelling to capture new photos for our ever growing collection and running the business. He's focused on delivering you premium quality products through our online store and in-store gallery and doesn't offer commercial services.

Yes. All the photos in our collections are captured by Scott. He's one lucky person getting to travel Australia as much as he does.

Headed by Scott and his wife Phillipa, we are a family and veteran owned business and have been operating for nearly twenty years. We have a small internal team of less than ten people, backed by a much larger team of quality Australian suppliers.

Scott has used a variety of equipment from different manufacturers over the years. He currently photographs with Nikon cameras and lenses and uses quality equipment for his outdoor pursuits from various brands.
