PRICES
All products are priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
DELIVERY
We provide free delivery on all products within Australia. Our free delivery includes postage, packaging and insurance.
Once your order has been despatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Address confirmation is given on the review page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
The utmost care is taken with all of our orders. Sometimes however, accidents or errors may occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Sales team as soon as possible following your order being delivered. We do not offer returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order. We have made that artwork as per your specification. Once an order has been produced and shipped we do not offer cancellations.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
