Thredbo River, Pilot Wilderness Area, Kosciuszko National Park, New South Wales, Australia
This summer evening followed a very wet few weeks. With plenty of water flowing and the area very green, it was a pleasure to enjoy such conditions. Standing beside the Thredbo River as the water cascaded over the rocks before me, my mind drifted to contemplating the countless years of water flow that have shaped this remote section of Kosciuszko National Park.
