During autumn, the Ovens Valley in north east Victoria is awash with a stunning range of colours as the leaves of the deciduous trees turn with the season.
Here I captured one of these leaves up close, as it began to decay. I then made the remaining background black & white, creating an image designed to draw you entirely to the colourful autumn leaf yet leaving it in its natural surrounds.
