Following a beautiful autumn day in Canberra, this row of poplars in their early autumn colours created a striking appearance against the reflected blue sky in the waters of Lake Burley Griffin. The Australian Parliament House in the background added a distinctly Canberra dimension to the scene, providing the local context I was seeking.
