Daintree National Park, Queensland, Australia
I spent days exploring the jungles of the Daintree rainforest and was continually drawn back to the many rivers and creeks. Here crystal clear water cascaded over large granite boulders, while lush rainforests cloaked the steep mountainsides from the riverbanks up the rugged slopes of the Main Coast Range. Surrounded by such greenery and flowing water, I returned each day refreshed and relaxed. I had been able to spend the time away from mobile phone coverage and simply immerse myself in the beauty of Queensland's Daintree rainforest. How good.
