Russell Falls, Mount Field National Park, Tasmania, Australia

Arguably one of Tasmania's prettiest waterfalls, Russell Falls delight every visitor. They are a centrepiece of Mt Field National Park, part of Tasmania's World Heritage Wilderness Area.

The falls are framed by stunning tall tree ferns and surrounded by a mixed forest. This includes towering swamp gums, the tallest flowering plant on Earth, and species typical of wet forests and cool temperate rainforests, such as dogwood, musk and myrtle.
