Grand Canyon, Blue Mountains National Park, New South Wales, Australia
On this day I was looking to take an image that captured some of the elements that make the Grand Canyon such a great location. This spot, rich in ferns, trees, moss covered rock and logs, with the cascading creek hidden from view summed up much of my experience. The small waterfall cascading over a cliff edge following earlier rain added a nice extra element. It is a great escape spending days exploring picturesque rainforest locations like this.
The Grand Canyon walking track is an easily accessible, wilderness escape. This historic walk, first established in 1907, takes visitors into the heart of this World Heritage-listed landscape with an intimate and adventurous route through the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon is a narrow chasm about 180m deep, incised into the yellow-orange sandstone by the cascading waters of Greaves Creek. You pass arresting sandstone walls, ever-present waterfalls and abundant native plants that line Greaves Creek. In places, the track follows a path cut halfway up the cliff.

As a print only, this requires framing, allowing you to select your own mounting and framing options. The listed size includes a 8cm white border around each side of the photo, allowing sufficient room to accommodate various framing choices.

Shadow Box Frame:Your fine art paper print is mounted and framed in a contemporary shadow box frame (27mm wide x 48mm deep) that is available in white or raw wood.
It is completed with museum grade acrylic (rather than glass) as it is light weight, transports well (doesn't break) and protects against 99% of UV.
Framed prints come ready to hang. The listed size is the total finished frame size, including the frame and border around the image.
