It had been a wild afternoon of storms across the Flinders Ranges. After the rain stopped, the sun emerged, creating some great light across the wet landscape. Combined with the clearing clouds, it created dramatic outback scenes. I had discovered this windmill a few days earlier and returned to this location. The windmill was the perfect addition to the already stunning backdrop of Wilpena Pound.
