Karlu Karlu / Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve, Northern Territory, Australia
It was a memorable scene this morning, seeing the marbles changing colour and glowing orange in the early morning light. The sun striking these particular rocks, away from the more visited areas of the reserve, made capturing this ancient landscape all that more enjoyable.
The iconic Karlu Karlu / Devils Marbles are a collection of massive granite boulders strewn across a valley south of Tennant Creek. Standing at up to 6 metres high and formed over millions of years, they continue to crack and change.
