The Cathedral, Mount Buffalo National Park, Victoria, Australia
The Cathedral is a large granite outcrop located on the high but flat plateau atop Mount Buffalo. Mid-winter snow falls in the days preceding this photo ensured a covering of snow on Mount Buffalo's rocky outcrops and the Cathedral itself. I have visited Mount Buffalo countless times during my lifetime and am always drawn back to the granite outcrops on the top this mountain. On this occasion, the afternoon light really highlighted the Cathedral and the nearby snow covered rocks. I chose this vertical composition as I loved the light reflecting off the snow before me and the windswept line in the snow, which created a strong natural leading line to the Cathedral.

Shadow Box Frame.Your fine art paper print is mounted and framed in a contemporary shadow box frame (27mm wide x 48mm deep) available in white or raw wood (Tasmanian Oak). It is completed with museum grade acrylic (rather than glass) as it is light weight, transports well (doesn't break) and protects against 99% of UV.
Sizes. Framed prints come ready to hang. The listed size is the total finished frame size, including the frame and border around the image.
