Etheridge Ridge, Kosciuszko National Park, New South Wales, Australia
I spent this winter day snow shoeing around Rams Head Range taking in the spectacular views across the Kosciuszko back country.
Etheridge Ridge sits in the heart of the Main Range, adjacent to Mount Kosciuszko. This is above tree line riding and the ridge collects a lot of windblown snow to create some amazing fresh stashes. The terrain is varied and challenging, but offers some fantastic back country skiing in winter.
