National Library, High Court, Lake Burley Griffin, Australian Capital Territory, Australia
Minus four degrees, clear skies and calm conditions. Having arrived in the dark I was trying to stay warm, but once the sun rose, the red autumn colours in the trees lit up beside the lake. It was a stark contrast to the freezing conditions, but what makes enduring the chilly Canberra mornings all worthwhile is when you get to watch the colours come alive at sunrise.
