I love TED talks and have even been fortunate to give my own TEDx talk. Today I watched an inspiring TED talk by Will Marshall about tiny satellites that can show us the Earth as it changes in near-real-time. As a landscape photographer I’m constantly amazed at what new technology can offer as a means to better understand our planet.

I agree with Will’s assertion that you can’t fix what you can’t see and I hope that initiatives like this help the human population better understand the spaceship that is planet earth.

A great talk and recommend it when you have a few spare minutes.
